We are thrilled to share some exciting news from the Christian Education Board (CEB). In June, we launched our Sunday School Breakfast, a delightful gathering held on the first Sunday of each month at 8:30 am. We are overjoyed by the success of our inaugural breakfast, and we invite you to join us for the upcoming one on July 2nd!
On June 4th, our fellowship hall buzzed with anticipation as members of our congregation gathered for a morning of delicious food and heartfelt conversations. We were blessed to have a wonderful group in attendance, including Veda Cantrell, Brenda, Mike, and Derek Garrett, Brian and Chris Hayhurst, Ron and Nancy Asbury, Janet and Tommy McIntyre, Judy Garber, Karen Rogers, Joyce Collins, and Irene Arbogast. It was a joyous occasion as we shared laughter, stories, and the warmth of Christian fellowship.
The Christian Education Board took charge of providing a mouthwatering spread, ensuring that our Sunday School Breakfast was a culinary delight. The aromas of freshly baked biscuits and savory gravy filled the air, tempting our taste buds. Alongside this classic breakfast favorite, we indulged in sweet and delectable cinnamon rolls, as well as moist and flavorful banana bread. It was truly a feast for the senses, and we are immensely grateful to the CEB for their efforts in making this breakfast a resounding success.
We believe that breaking bread together not only nourishes our bodies but also strengthens the bonds of community and faith. The Sunday School Breakfast serves as an opportunity to connect with fellow church members, deepen friendships, and foster a sense of unity within our congregation. The shared moments of laughter, conversation, and shared meals create a space where we can grow together in our spiritual journeys.
Mark your calendars for the next Sunday School Breakfast, which will take place on July 2nd at 8:30 am. We eagerly anticipate another delightful morning filled with good food and wonderful company. Come join us as we gather to enjoy a hearty breakfast, exchange stories, and nurture the spirit of fellowship that makes our church family so special.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to all who attended the June breakfast and helped create such a warm and inviting atmosphere. Your presence and participation contributed to the success of this event, and we look forward to sharing more memorable moments with you in the future.
In the spirit of togetherness and community, we invite each one of you to join us for the upcoming Sunday School Breakfast. Let us break bread together, nourish our souls, and continue to strengthen the bonds of love and fellowship that define our church.
