Get ready for an unforgettable adventure at Emerald Crossing: An Irish Adventure Through Psalm 23! Kids will journey through the rolling green hills of Ireland as they discover what it means to follow the Good Shepherd. Each day is packed with exciting activities—high-energy music, creative crafts, fun games, engaging Bible lessons, and tasty snacks—all designed to bring God’s Word to life.
Throughout the week, children will learn powerful truths from Psalm 23: that God is our Shepherd, our guide, our comforter, and our provider. Just like David, they’ll discover how to trust God in every situation—from fear to peace, from wandering to being led on the right path.
From lively group assemblies to hands-on rotations and memorable lessons, VBS is one of the biggest and most impactful weeks of the year. Don’t miss this fun-filled opportunity for kids to grow in faith, build friendships, and experience God’s love in a meaningful way!

What is VBS Like?
VBS is a free interactive bible learning experience for people of all ages. The evening starts with a meal and a worship rally, then particpants break into individual groups based on age. Student will experience Bible Study, Crafts, Recreation, and Music.
When does VBS take Place?
Jun 7-10 @ 5:30pm & Jun 13 @ 11:30am
Where does VBS take place?
VBS will be held at Broad Run Baptist Church: 675 Broad Run Rd. Jane Lew, WV 26378
How should we dress for VBS?
Pariticipants should wear casual clothes. There is a chance clothing could get soiled during Craft or Recreation time.
Do I Need to Pre-Register?
Pre-registration is not required but is highly encouraged to ensure we order and prepare an accurate number of supplies and food.
Who can participate?
This year, children in pre-k – 5th grade can participate!
Will an offering be collected?
We will not be collecting an offering but do encourage participants to bring pre-packaged food for our food pantry/blessing box.
What do I need to bring?
Educational material and supplies will be provided. Participants can bring a non-perishable food item for the “Blessing Box” as well as their Bible. Bibles are available if needed.
Do I need to stay the whole time?
Participants are enouraged to attend the whole time, we understand that you may have other committments. Feel free to attend when you can!
